Kevin Bergan is the Founder and CEO of 4D7 Inc., a Texas-based technology and consulting firm providing IT management, software development, project management, training, help desk support, and technology solutions to organizations of all sizes. With more than 18 years of experience working with government agencies, Kevin brings a unique combination of technology expertise, project leadership, and real-world problem solving to the company.
Before founding 4D7, Kevin spent more than a decade with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he led major initiatives focused on improving access to care, developing transportation programs, streamlining operations, and implementing technology solutions. He played a key role in the development and implementation of the VA's Veterans Transportation Service and became a subject matter expert in transportation technology and mobility management.
Kevin's leadership is driven by a commitment to creating practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, solve complex challenges, and make a meaningful difference for the organizations and people they serve.

Brett earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Hoffman Estates, IL, in 2000. He brings extensive experience in electronics engineering, system installations, field deployments, and technical troubleshooting. His expertise includes hardware-software integration, transportation and healthcare technology systems, customer training, and project leadership, with a focus on delivering reliable technology solutions and successful implementations.
With an Associate Degree in Applied Science and CompTIA A+ certification, Christopher brings strong technical expertise to the 4D7 team. His responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing hardware, preparing and shipping equipment, and providing responsive support to customers by addressing technical issues and answering questions. With a focus on problem-solving and customer service, they help ensure 4D7’s technology solutions operate reliably and our customers receive the support they need.
Since joining 4D7 Inc. in 2021, Brian has focused primarily on product implementation, software training, and helping organizations successfully adopt new software systems. Brian enjoys working with people from all walks of life and helping them feel confident using new technology. Brian holds an MBA from Boston University and is a certified ScrumMaster. Outside of work, Brian's an avid Los Angeles Dodgers, Miami Hurricanes, and Kansas Jayhawks fan.
Manages Windows endpoints and has experience in system administration, PowerShell scripting, and malware sanitization. Seasoned trainer in custom software, specializing in supporting users with limited technical experience. Hardware repair specialist with experience in third-party vendor management. Currently holds multiple industry-relevant cybersecurity certifications, including CySA+ and Associate of ISC2 (SSCP), while nearing completion of a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
Ethan Toler earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2025. He brings a strong foundation in computer science along with a hands-on interest in computer hardware, quality assurance, and technology systems. Ethan is passionate about using his technical knowledge to test, troubleshoot, and improve systems, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and creating technology that works as intended. His combination of software knowledge and interest in hardware allows him to approach technical challenges from multiple perspectives.
Maddon Bergan works across sales, web design, website development, and video editing, bringing together creative thinking and technical skills to help businesses build a strong digital presence. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and create websites, digital content, and technology solutions that are both engaging and effective. Maddon is currently pursuing professional certifications in web design to continue developing his technical expertise and expand his capabilities in digital technology.
Tricia holds a B.S. from UMHB, but she truly attributes her deep knowledge, wisdom, and communication skills to the rewarding challenge of raising and homeschooling her two children. Her dedication extends to the community as well, having served several nonprofit organizations in roles ranging from hands-on volunteer to board member and leader. Today, she works diligently behind the scenes at 4D7, crafting the clear, comprehensive user manuals that guide our software users.
